Box build for Ravens9322

I would love to try the bedliner, but I usually carpet the boxes I use personally and no one has asked for the bedliner on a box I've sold.

Maybe I will try it for my new AQ HDC3 10 box //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

What brand do you use/where did you buy it?

It is made by Dupli-Color. WalMart doesnt carry it by me anymore. I had to go to autozone to get it. You can get the textured roller at Home Depot cheaper than the 'kit' they sell.

I will never use anything else on my personal boxes. It is durable, looks great, and takes about 20 minutes to do(big box).

The only bad thing is the smell..but that usually goes away in a couple days.

i didnt take the interior plastics into account when i did the measuring... so im just gonna rip them out. I already punched a hole in it with the box when i tried to shut the hatch the first time lol................... sh!t happenes

yea looks great, the only thing is that i am going to put 2 RE SX 12" in there instead of the 187's and i wanted to invert them in that box and its a ****hair away from the back glass but it should slam like hell

great construction, the paint is ok but it could use a little work (not trying to be a dick, just giving some constructive criticism)

if you prime enough ...

starting out: bare mdf

after a bunch of coats of primer (~5 coats) and then wetsanding ( 400 grit)

then once you paint, it looks like this

Yea, I def need to work on the paint skills, the port came out the best because there was no wind when I did the port but when I did the box the wind was blowing the primer away even with the can like 3" away from the box.

I wish I had a garage //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif

That's a nice looking box BTW //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/veryhappy.gif.fec4fed33b4a1279cf10bdd45a039dae.gif

that looks good, i'm thinkin about painting half the box i'm going to make. you use a high build primer then sand or just a couple coats of primer and paint?

In order to answer your question, I would need to know what model (e.g. SW4200, SW7524DVC). Also, are you looking to make a ported box or sealed?
