How are you cutting your angles (not the panel edges, I mean your panels that might be 5" long on top, and 8" long on bottom)? I always end up ****in up with the jigsaw unless my fence is DEAD on.

No. I use a table saw to make all my cuts. The only time I use a router to "make a cut" is angeled side pieces.
