haha, that's true. At least you gave us another build log in between... and a great one at that. I would wish you luck as you proceed to do your own box, but it's obvious that you do not need that. Top notch skills man!Sorry man.... its fun to tease you guys every now and again. Have to keep you on your toes....
Your builds usually are. And compliments are well deserved.Yea I figured this log would be a hit. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif Thanks for the compliments as well.
Thanks man. As far as the sides go.... There is actually a couple reasons...As usual, Im jealous of your talent. I think you are simply the best box builder Ive ever seen.
May I ask a question without sounding like Im tying to be the expert? lol You said you had to do the ends twice. Would it have been easier to make the end walls the outside edge, and butt the long walls up to it, rather than tucking the outer walls in? That way you could have just gone back and flushed it off with a router instead of needing the outer walls to be cut exact.
I only ask this to learn, not to suggest you screwed up. I suspect you have a good reason for doing it the other way. Thannks.
Before seeing the sides put on, I thought you were going to the front baffle first. Then you'd be able to just place a piece of wood for the sides and just use a flush/panel bit and router away. Thanks Chris //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif
The sides were a little bit of a challenge to get a good fit. I had to do them twice..... //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif
