I use WinISD to get most of my dimensions and then I put them into SketchUp.

Cool man, lookin good. Yeah those cutouts are a pain without a jig. I got a box done last night and someone said the cutout looked like it had been done with a steak knife lol luckily the router smoothed it all out.

Got any more boxes coming?

Not at the moment. I have a guy that may be wanting one, but he hasn't let me know for sure yet. I have a 2ft^3 @ 32Hz just sitting in the shop that I am trying to get rid of.

I have had several people want one and then not be able to around Christmas time, so hopefully it will pickup after the first of the year.

I tried it, but it's hard to find anyone around here that knows anything about audio. Most people would rather have a $39.99 prefab box.

Why?

Yea, you dont need many screws if you use plenty of wood glue. That stuff is stronger than the wood when it sets. I space my screws about 5-7" apart.
