Box Braceing???

i see evryone talking about it but how is this acomplished? all the walls doubled up with wood to make sure theres 0 flex in it?

nope.its internall braces. like this

if u double up on the walls thats called double baffle

depending on the size of the box, it might not be needed. but i like to overbuild my boxes. it ensures the best quality posable!

i usaly try to brace the baffle/board in wich the sub actly sits on. if a pannles gonna flex it would be the front pannel. what kinda box are u building a brace might not be necessary

man thats tuned HIGH, i would brace that up, and maybe double up the MDF on the front where the sub sits. also what kinda port. tube or slot

slot port i was told to tune a lil higher i would really like to get into the 140's

Do you mean the foam? No. That enclosure is seled (no tuning per-say). The foam is to help with killing resonation.
