bought some leds, where to put them?

Like the headlight idea looks good....i actually just put a strobe kit in my headlights though im liking that. Next places i want to put em are either behind my grille and was thinkn bout putting strobes underneath the fenderwell's for the shows etc.....all my neons/leds i have controlled to a remote box right now ran each off a splice into the HU acc. wire but i have em on remote like i said so not like there on all the time. i suggest that to anyone doing neons or any type of lighting of the interior because u dont have to worry about cig lighter adapters and wires showing everywhere....runs around $24.99 at autozone very nice to have not that hard 2 install either.

they are low powered but I WOULD NOT hook them up to the REM wre off of your HU! If you insist on making them work with the stereo then at least install a relay. Better = install a micro switch in the dash, run it to a relay, pull power off of fuse block so they will not remain lit when the power to the car is off (make sure you also fuse this line). Lots of options.... just DONT run them directly from the power off of your HU to turn them on.

is it really that bad...im running 4 of the smallest LED's with built in resistors...should i get rid of em?

putting them behind the speaker grilles is a popular location especially if you have aftermarket speaker grilles or speakers with metallic cones
