Bought a Kinetik Battery doesn't seem told hold a charge

Well i Bought a Kinetik HC 2400 and the battery came with barely 8.1 Volts and i took it to autozone but the battery was at 10.89V so i bought a trickle charger myself since there absolutle retards who were trying to tell a red top optima would outperform the KHC2400 anyways is there something i should be doing or is the battery a lost cause, it was listed as new on ebay 2012 stock from an audio store?

**** that ask for full refund including shipping if thwy dont oblidge file a payapal dispute ..in the meantime go to sams and get a duracell agm for quite a bit less than kinetic and just as good ..same company that makes deka

nasty08mpala nailed it right on the spot, you should not be paying anything, file the complaint, provide evidence and do it soon. you shouldnt be paying jack squat.

Did the battery get hot at any time, sign of discharge or overcharging is high (scary Hot) temperature or non stop boiling of it's contents. I had an Optima do that to me, it didn't want to hold charge and just kept boiling it's contents inside by itself for days till it gassed itself out.

I'm not trying to be a **** here, but if you brought a battery to autozone that you metered under 12 volts that you wanted to get charged than you would be the retard, not auto zone.

that guy who said he payed 330 wasn't the OP. he was talking about an amp and i think just showing a example of what to do and what happened when he got shipped a bad item.
