Boston acoustics spg555 13" vs treo ssp 12's

Currently running two treo ssp 12's on 1000 watts. In a sealed box. my buddy wants to trade me his new single ba spg555 straight across. Is this an alright trade? I'd imagine the treos will get louder but I'm more concerned with the sq side. The spg would be running on 1000 watts aswell. Cons/pros?
