is this thing good? it has great specs but its still a little cheap? i have 1 4 ohm 02s12l7 now .... i think it will push it pretty good... opinions and reviews welcome! thanks!!

Don't ruin a great sub like an L7 with a BOSS amplifier. Most seem to only push 1/4 of their rated power.

arg thats not what i wanted to hear lol

but still, if this thing says it pushes out 1200 watts rms @ 4 ohm, then at 2 ohms it should push atleast 600-1000 watts correct?

i just kinda figured boss was a little above pyramid + pyle + that kinda stuff like profile kinda but hey guess i was wrong...

btw my budget is kinda around 100-150 so thats why im lookin at the boss

remember that those ratings are in MAX power, NOT RMS.

boss probably uses pretty much the same circuit boards as every other amp you people use, just with a different name.
