Bobybuilders: Come hither

Now you are just making yourself look foolish. I have been a CUT 140- >2% bodyfat (during wrestling), and I have been in strength training for years...the 2 CAN be linked, but in general the 2 could not be more different.
Sorry dude. Gotta call bs on the 2 percent bodyfat. No chance you had only 2.8 lbs. of fat on you. You seem like you know what you are talking about, but that is just ridiculous. Friends of mine whom i used to lift with competed professionally with 4.5-5 percent.

And as far as roids go. I suggest anyone considering using them study them for a year prior. Just so they know the full ramifications of what they are dealing with. Too many times have i seen kids in a gym pop a few D-bols without a PCT, or a good gameplan, and massacre their body.

Most guys who go to the gym only really need a good diet, solid workout plan, protein, and a megavitamin anyway. When they start dabbling in creatine and stuff they are just wasting their money. IMO.

How much water you guys drinking while working out? I've been sticking with about a gallon a day, but today I was about 1 1/2 and I can't stop pis sing. My pee is also white, wonder if I over did the water? Did really good tonight though decline 230 for sets of 8 reps. 105 dumbbells for full sets of 10. Only did 225 on regular bench, but I was TIRED at that point.
If your water was white you are good. I usually consume about about .5 gallon during my workouts. Plus about another gallon during the day. You can never be too hydrated! Unless you drink like 10 gallons a day... That might be pushing it.

White?!?! Your piss is white? //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wow.gif.23d729408e9177caa2a0ed6a2ba6588e.gif That is NOT good. Can't believe this thread is still going..

You need to do some cardio before you think about juicing. If you think that yu have hit a plateau after your first year of lifting, then you know nothing about the sport. If you think that juicing gains will last when you are so far overweight, then you are hopeless.
I have been around guys who have juiced for vanity, for shows, and for power. I have never done it, but more power to those who have. I'l be content to be able to bench, squat, and dealdlift more than twice my bodyweight. I'll be happy with my ability to still wrestle competetively at age 30, to lift daily, and to still train for a triathalon while remaining strong enough to use my body weight for my WARM UP sets on all 3 power moves.

I love it how someone who has to cheat just to bench-press half of their weight, and who knows so little about the human body and its response to strength training that he avoids legs to avoid them looking bulky, yet you want to fight with everything that is said in here.

Platestacker, I think if I were you I'd be really worried about this guy- he clearly knows about all aspects of strength training.
shut up up you n00b retard. go get some hooked on phonics then come back with correct facts

ALL NATURALLLL... I lost almost 30 lbs in the last 3-4 months..and I wasnt to overweight to begin with. I am 5'5", was almost 170...I am not almost 140 and in the best shape of my life...I run bout 3 times a week. 4-6 miles a day...I lift about 3...I shoot for 4 though.

My friend is 5'4", weighs 140-145 like me.. .He just put up his personal best of 260 the other day.. ALL NATURALLL also...he uses 80LB dumb-bells for dumb-bell press....

I havent read of 1 supplement on the market that isnt ALL NATURAL that doesnt have side-effects of some sort, whether it be RED SHEIT, diahrea, nausea, dehydration....anything and everything else that they cause. Believe me, I read into it a lot because I was on a roll and just wanted to get ripped...Just bust your *** and watch your diet and you shouldnt have a problem....BIGGEST COMPONENT OF GETTING INTO SHAPE is watching your diet.

What I have done is take natural supplements to increase my metabolism, while watching my diet...now that its up pretty high, I got something with a lot of EGCG in it to calm my appetite....Get the HOODIA with EGCG...works great so far.

Again man... 3-4 months, almost 30 lbs and in the best shape of my life...not to shabby.

P.S. someone buy my TCAB!

ok there was just too much dumbass remarks in your post to let it go with just an immature remark...
1. I DONT need cardio before juicing (at my point)

2. Never said i hit any plateaus anywhere in the thread

3. your a retard if you think weight has anything to do with keeping gains. its all about PCT and the juice you use...n00b

4. Dont even open your mouth about roids if youve never used them

5. like said before, YOUR perception of roids is cheating, MINE is not. im not cheating in anything. i just would like to see what theyre about. and ive made an educated decision to do so.

6. you may have your reasons to work out legs "no matter what" but i chose to wait a bit so as to not look like a freak with unproportionally large legs. i know you think your the shit by saying that i should be working out my legs from the get-go, but a real pro would not make such assumptions without at minimum seeing my body in person.

7. fight everything said here? you REALLY need to go back and read this whole thread. IIRC (and i do), the entire thread is platestacker making an *** outta himself by trying to feed us BS like hes some pro or something. and i dont recal even ONE person disagreeing with my point of view on what platestacker was saying. in fact, EVERYONE was arguing with him, cause he was obviously a stubborn moron. By no means do i claim to know everything or even alot about this shit (unlike platestaker), but your really just asking for a shitfest by agreeing with him. everyone here has proved that hes just a jackass little kid who likes to think hes a pro because he (may have) juiced once. but go ahead, do what you want. just dont say i didnt warn you when you destroy your ca.com reputation by siding with this ignoramus.

yeah, like i said b4, my numbers for their body weight and barbell weights are likely off (just a rough guess), but my point was that it wasnt natural. too many little guys putting up a lot of weight at a young age. its just not possible that my school only recrutes guys with great genetics, especially when were a mediocre d-2 team. i know (for a fact) and can easily assume that alot of these guys are juicers. i guess youd really have to see what i mean. i been to many gyms, you just dont see this with natural lifters of this age

Sorry dude. Gotta call bs on the 2 percent bodyfat. No chance you had only 2.8 lbs. of fat on you. You seem like you know what you are talking about, but that is just ridiculous. Friends of mine whom i used to lift with competed professionally with 4.5-5 percent.
I never said I did strength training with that much. I was a Division I college wrestler who wrestled 118 lb. I wrestled BEFORE the new hydration analysis rules were implemented. I literally cut weight from a 133 that had me lean enough to be on the cover of a mag like Men's Health (I was too small to really be considered muscular). In the late 1990s, I seriously made Michael Jordon look fat. It was terribly unhealthy and wrecked my metabolism for life, but I was tested by electrostatic impedence AND calipers throughout wrestling season for 3 seasons- 2 before the new rules, and one after the current rules were put into place.

I have some OFF-season pics on my comp at home that were taken by a local photographer. They look completely ghey, but they illustrate how lean I was when NOT competing.

Believe what you want, but the electrostatic machie used pads placed all over the body to measure BF. The one at the sports med clinic where I went for rehab tested down to 2.5% accurately, and I was below the threshhold where the machine could test. They supplemented it with calipers because the rules at the time stipulated BF percentage, but not specific gravity of urine until 1998.

Most guys who go to the gym only really need a good diet, solid workout plan, protein, and a megavitamin anyway. When they start dabbling in creatine and stuff they are just wasting their money. IMO.
Agreed.

THAT is my kind of lifting partner: little guys pushing big weight. You being 5'7" get a pass too. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Funny thread. I like my GNC Androstene Supplements and occasionally some NO2. I might be going on some Xtreme Hardcore Metabolic Enhancer, nothing illegal though I did some on that d-bol shit when I was in the marines, with my anger I need to steer clear of it lol. But anyways dude that posted this blog. Make sure you do 8 weeks on followed by 8 weeks off, and I would also used some kind of estrogen inhibitor, so that way it doesnt **** with your shit. Anyways good luck, and train hard.

You would not know less than 5% BF unless we starved your fat @$$ for 6 months.

ok there was just too much dumbass remarks in your post to let it go with just an immature remark...
I am glad that even you see your last comment for what it was.

1. I DONT need cardio before juicing (at my point)
Since you are so combative, you don't seem to be understanding what I was saying...if you really want to SEE gains, you need to lean down. You already stated that you have "big" legs naturally. So why not develop them into somethign more muscular? Muscle burn more calories than fat, and though you cannot (supposedly) target-burn fat, look at a guy who runs (any running- distance, sprints, etc.) a lot...they can have very muscular legs that can be very large and still well-defined,ut they can still have undeveloped or even fat upper bodies. If you want to SEE the best gains, you'd throw in cardio to allow your muscular gains in the upper body to show through. Even doing high-rep work should get your legs to develop some tone and possibly reduce their overall size and add to their muscularity. If your legs are smaller and still muscular, they will make your upper body look bigger- especially if you are engaged in mass-building activities for your upper body.
2. Never said i hit any plateaus anywhere in the thread
This is my OPINION, but if I ever WAS going to juice, it would ONLY be to break a plateau. Why would you possibly rob your body of its natural gains, perhaps sabatoging your long-term ability to develop your body naturally? I have lifted with guys who would cycle after 4-6 weeks of a plateau that they reached naturally. If I ever WAS going to do it, that woudl be the time. IMO, it seems stupid to get in the way of the significant gans that most people see in their first 6-9 months of natural, high-intensity training when they first get serious.
3. your a retard if you think weight has anything to do with keeping gains. its all about PCT and the juice you use...n00b
If your weight is any indicator, you lack the moticvation and self-control needed to maintain any gains that you might see throuh steroids, once you go off of them.
4. Dont even open your mouth about roids if youve never used them
Then don't talk about whether I could have 2% BF when you have never been below 12% in your life.
5. like said before, YOUR perception of roids is cheating, MINE is not. im not cheating in anything. i just would like to see what theyre about. and ive made an educated decision to do so.
For ME, it is cheating, because I went from 110 lb. weakling to ~150-160 and benching 2x my body weight naturally. It took time and a lot of hard work, but even a single cycle of Andro that I took in 1999 felt to me like cheating. Like I said, I have lifted with guys who have done it, and they make big gains...and when they go off, I catch up as they fall back.
6. you may have your reasons to work out legs "no matter what" but i chose to wait a bit so as to not look like a freak with unproportionally large legs. i know you think your the shit by saying that i should be working out my legs from the get-go, but a real pro would not make such assumptions without at minimum seeing my body in person.
See above. I am NOT blessed with big legs, so I cannot really put myself in your place. But as I said above, toning what you have with high-rep sets would not hurt, plus a spine-compression lift like the squat (or deadlift) has been shown to increase natural production of HGH in some studies.
7. fight everything said here? you REALLY need to go back and read this whole thread. You keep calling him a "pro" but I read the thread- he never claimed to be a professional. He says that he worked/works in the field, but never that he was a "pro." I am a weightlifter, a wrestler, and an aspiring triathlete...but I won't be a "pro" at any of them, despite the fact that I spend as much time working out as I do at ANY other non-work activity. I even coach my HS wrestling team...that does not make me a "pro," even though I have wrestled for 20 of my 30 years, and went to college to wrestle DI, and was All-State twice. Just because I know more about wrestling than 99% of the world, I am not a "pro." And despite lifting ONLY as a hobby and to get me in shape for wrestling, I still probably know more about lifting than 99% of people in the gym...but I am certainly not as "pro." Pound for pound, there is RARELY a stronger person in any gym that I go to. But I certainly admit that there are more knowlegable and stronger prople there.
Look, I bashed you for being a big guy, because if I had your frame to start with, I'd be benching 500 lb or more. Why? Because I took a non-muscular 110 lb. 5'5" frame and made it what I have. For that reason, I could probably do the same if I was 5'7" or 5'10" or 6'3" if I was starting from that point. And you clearly HAVE NOT done that with your frame, so I have to assume that I know more about what I am talking about than you do- or that you MAYBE have the knowlege but are not significantly motivated to actually do what it takes to really get yourself in shape.

And by the way- I could not care less about my ca.com rep.

I'm not sure if I read this or am just making this up, but ryan, you said you've been in the gym for a year now, correct?

Not to sound like a douche...but maybe you should try to change your routine before taking anything.

I work out with 2 other guys regularly, both very good friends. One is 5'4", 155 lbs, and recently 1RM benched 230, and 1RM deadlifted 275. He's been working out for approximately a year now. My other friend has been there just as long as him, he's 5'11" about 260lbs, and can 1RM bench 280ish.

I've been back in the gym after a 3 year hiatus for 2 1/2 months, and my 1RM bench is already up to 240. I'm 6'1, and about 240lbs. I've gotten my deadlift up to 315x6, and a 1RM of around 360. Squat is up to 295x6, and 1RM of about 320. Curl is at around 110x6, and that's with some bad wrist tendinitis.

Whatever you want to take is your choice, but my personal belief is that if you need to take something illegal, to enhance your results, then you're just cheating yourself.

I've not really read much of this thread, so if I missed anything that's been touched on already, my fault.
