Blown amp culprit?

This amp is eating fuses everytime it's hooked up. It's not a short, this seems to be the issue. I know basically nothing about amps so can someone tell me if this is it? Seems like it's blown because of the bulging.

If it's opening fuses when it powers up with nothing else attached that amp is broken. This is NOT user serviceable and you will need a competent repair shop to fix (if it's even worth repairing). Amp Medics over in Tampa area is solid if you're actually in Florida.

Turns out it still works. I just got new fuses and plugged it in just to confirm before I bought another one and it's working. I guess I started at it long enough? Thanks for the replies though!
