You talking to me? Whenever you test voltage on an amplifier, you should do it WITHOUT a load on the output. So, disconnect your speakers when running a sine wave and testing the VAC...

heh yea i know... i should have done it like that... i did the sweep with everything on just to see what it could do for no apparent reason i don't guess. and you know... they.... blew. oh well... all is good now so no biggie.

Indeed. Easiest way would be to check both the positive and negative wires with continuity with ground...

Depending on where the tweets are mounted and where the x-over is mounted. could be a screw through the wire that only ground on bumps, could be getting pinched in the dash or door as well.

Not saying it is the problem but a good place to start.

Also check the speaker wire from the tweeter to the crossover. If it is grounding out or getting pinched you will keep blowing tweeters.
Could also be the x-over, but check the wiring carefully all the way through the install.

that's the first thing i checked.. it's all good... and im useing stinger 4 wire in the orange caseing... so it's got a good case on it the whole way threw the car...

what i have done is installed my cross over's in my pass side rear panel.. just down and to the left of my rear speakers. then i run threw the 4 wire ( green/white to tweet's, black and red to woofer)...
