Even world finals is no longer exciting except for the 30 second span after the "ready, set, go". After that, it's a b!tch and whine fest amongst a group of people that ALL sniff for loop holes on a daily basis. Not my idea of fun. Someone else is going to run the van this year I believe in Bass Race.....don't know, don't really care.

i hear ya.... that's why i do regular drag for the fun of it and am just concentrating on a loud street beater for my own personal pleasure and bass race.

I don't even know the rules of Bass Race, I don't want to cause I know that dB Drag and the decision making morons have already F'd it up and made it something that the normal guy can't compete in. Geezuz, just look at the Street classes. How many kids do you know that even want to be seen in a CRX anymore that doesn't have 400+hp?

Just for GI JOEY, the truck will be back in wednesday night for vinyling the outside of the box. After throwing everything in there real fast so he could use it temporarily while I was on vacation, I delivered the truck to him. We played my favorite Bass track to show it off and even after all the discussion about how loud it was going to be compared to his 8 cubic foot vented crawlthrough with the same amps and subs and batteries, he still shat a brick over the output then summized that I had fixed his broken Crossfire 1000d. One of only two in the truck...one wired to each sub directly to 1ohm mono each. I said, fixed what amp. He said, "oh yeah, one of my crossfire amps was not turning on, so it's obviously working now". With one eyebrow up, I turned to confirm that if it were not working before, it was not working then.....I was right. It was causing retarded damage with a sub not playing because of the amp not playing. The truck was as violent as the last one at 13 cubic feet with both 9515's playing on a quad of Power Acoustik 3000d's and two extra 1000cca batteries. That pickup did a 148.5 @ 29Hz new TL. We'll see if I can't make a video with this camera. Where would I post the video...like photobucket does images?
