blew my CVX looking for a new sub

[Clean3 10+ year member]

I have a 15" CVX pushed by a zx1000 but i blew a voice coil on it so now i'm looking to buy a new sub but it will still be powered by the kicker zx1000 (2ohm 1000watts RMS)

can it be fixed? if so where and for how much in SoCal

otherwise here's what I'm looking for

- 10",12"(preferably), or 15" sub

- a sub that will get loud in a small enclosure

- reasonably priced

- comparable to the CVX

open to suggestions and opinions
