Blazer Owners: Post what system you got in your blazer!!

well i only hit 144.5 in my blazer with my 3 12's tuned to 27hz...waitin for the UPS truck with my new old school gear....should be here tmr or friday at the latest...with a 4 channel installed will my system be louder db wise..like could i get it up to 146 or so...or no change at all cause the amp is only powering mids and highs...just SQL would better right??

term lab..TL...hits hard when i play some young buck track 8...shorty wanna ride...really bangs...144 aint bad...but my subs were just installed in umm january...they are 2000 JL w6v1 models...used in a sealed box before my ported..excellent shape...i took them outta the sealed....real nice condition on magnet motor and everything else....never heard the new w6v2's but i am sure they are much nicer than mine..they look sweet..oh well...not bad for some old schools...i think the blazer makes all the difference..small...nice air space...no long runs of wires like a burban..oh well..thanks..any more SUV systems???

mic was on dash...and my drive by db was like 112.2 dbs...playing some young jeezy i believe...which aint bad..dude had 2 12's his was like 110 something..thats with window down

well my volume was at 50 when i got it metered...cause my amp only puts out so much but does not exceed the limits of my subs...like 300w to each sub from amp..my subs are 300w rms..so basically i running subs at rms and maxing out my amp..only for a few secs though..just enough to get a reading...anyone know how many 12's can fit in a 4 door blazer with out tearing out the back seats and just keepin em in the back...i know i can fot 5 12's but the box would need to be bigger then i would be able to fit it...or i dunno..lemme know what u think

Doubtful, not with sufficient enclosure space. You're looking at 10 cubes, that's BIG.

ANTHRAX...i seen 2 18's in a wall behind the passenger seats in a blazer...1 right at the headrest and other below it...might wanna get 2 RF 30001bd...if you got the money...just make a wall and seal it off at the edges and your car will act as your box..seen it done and have the amp all the way in the back few batteries..big wires...and 1 inch front windshield glass..lol...you will get over 155.0dbs for sure with that setup

A couple years ago I had an 85 Jimmy with 2 12" old school RFs and one of the badass punch amps. for 400 watts sealed it was pretty nice.

SBLAZER- do you have the back seats down becuase i am thinking of getting a blazer. Trying to do four pa3000db's and two REMT 18's in a wall. Also nice blazer, are those 18' or 20's?

they are 20s, and yes i have my backseat folded down. i like to do it witout a wall. more fun that way and more impressive. no wall and low notes is wha its all about

yeah..i had 2 RF old school 8's that i pounded in an explorer about 6 years ago..they were punch XLC 8's 400w each i think...they took a beating...moved alot of air..sounded great..but i sold them for about i think 100 or so with manuals and orginal boxes and stuff...they were heavy for some 8's...then after i sold them i pounded some 2 12's mobile authority's that i got for $25 from a friend..they were umm 375w max subs not bad...screw in terminals...sealed box..nice starter setup...then i still have them trying to sell them...and then i put in 2 12's MTX old school thunder 5000s..in the explorer...500w max...gave them to my cousin..tryin to get them back..they were nice but no dust caps...they are the first Mtx subs they have a gray not silver cone area..very old..i would guess like 10 15 years old...not sure but they are the original blue thunder 5000s...tryin to get em back and sell them have 1 box i believe still with me...then the last setup i had in that explorer was 2 12's pioneers..still have them.. but not in the car..tryin to sell them too...all this stuff is sellin at a flea market i go to on sats and suns...they are dirt cheap with car audio stuff...lets see..i will tickle you guys mad...i am selling an alpine amp for 100 and the MA 2 12's for 150 and the pioneer 2 10's for 200....there are always kids there grabbin up anything...prices alot high..but i bring them down alot when i see buyers there...get this..for my current setup i got my subs and the sealed box for 200 at this flea market...thats 3 JL 12w6v1's in a sealed box brand new never been abused..used for like 3 months in a mustang...took em outta the sealed of course...i will post some more info if you all are curious some more..thanks

lilmaniac..thats a sweet ride..those memphis 15's are nice...my cousin has 2 10's memphis in his maxima...they are nice...never seen 15's those that memphis makes..i have seen many 12's and 10's..cool pics..thanks for postin them
