because i will be running them downfiring and it will also give me more room for my amps and processor to be mounted

with just seat raisers. they can be found anywhere on the net. all they are, is metal blocks that are 3 inches, and you just put your bolts through them. search fullsizechevy.com/forums for them. there is a guy there who makes and sells them.
