Bigger box more power?

Ok, I’ve got a 15K and I’m hooking it up to an Xtant A6001 (benched 723@2ohms). The Recommended RMS is 400, and the Max RMS is 900. And on the ED site it says "Please note: Power handling of the driver is largely dependent on the enclosure used." What does that mean? Does it mean that I need a bigger box for a larger amount of power?

EDIT: Im thinking of a sealed box, around 3-4cuft. If its not "loud" enough I can always add a port to it since thats the sized ported it needs.
