Bigger Box better sound?Need advice on what hz i should tune at! thx!!!!

Whats up guys! I am building a box for 2 opti1232d I want a ported enclosure,I have 3ft length,about 19.5 deep and about 16.5nches tall.I listen to mostly hiphop and rap and the occasional blues/headbanging but ideally rap.I will be running at 2ohms and it should give me about 850rms watts to each sub.Do you think that will be anough for those subs? And i could really use some advice on what kind of box to build and what tuning do I want to use? As far as super poundage but yet still quality sound thx again for any suggetions!!

It looks like you can do something like 4.25ft^3 with a ~33hz tuning.
