Well I have completed 2/3 now, so here are some pics.
Original location of batt neg to chassis ground:
As you can imagine, it was a bit harder to close the hood with that sticking up there, I also had to bend the stick that holds up the hood when it's open, so it was no longer seated in its holder when the hood was down, but that's fixed now, as you can see here:
And here's the engine block to chassis ground:
Lemme know what you think, and if they are good grounds.
just be sure to make it a clean solid connection and you are good to go. if you want to go a little more you can coat them in a layer of dieletric grease.
