Bi amping jl audio 450/4 for mq quart pce 216

If i was running 6 pairs of mb quart which are rated 60 to 130 watts and i was running 3 jl audio 450/4 how would i get maximum power to mids and tweeters. the jl audio 300/4 is only 75 watt rms not enough power to run the pce 216 .i want to run more power to mids (150 watts) and (75 watts) to tweeters.Will bi amping due this and how.
