Better than Oz Audio?

I was curious, are there any subs that are better than the Oz Audio Power 12.1 (or 15.1)? Both are at 8000 watts peak.

Build quality, quality of the materials, best thing to do is search, and see what subs there are in your price range. Then look at other peoples reviews on them, it helps
