better spl? Fi BL (18') or (2)type-r(12')

i cant decide, i heard the Fi BL18 are real SPL monsters but 2 12's would theoretically be pushing more air so wouldnt that be "better"?

I was watching some vids and everyone says you need 5000watts for it to be "fully loaded" would 2000 watt hifonics be enough to make it really bang?

depends on your enclosure and tuning
