Totally depends on what models you are refering to however, that was a very general idea that I have gathered from my listening...but I can see right now that I can switch a couple brands around here and there.

curious, what's the frequency response of horns? MOst of the installs I've seen use horns and 8" midbass... not too many midrange drivers.
