Better amp for daily? Memphis 4kw or Atomic 5000

Which amp for daily?

In my car I have three PG Ti amps unregulated and two US amps md3d unregulated power,I have a 220 amp alternator and that is not enough,Driving 05 Nissan altima and I might have to put two more alternators if I can to get the most out of the amps,In yours case to get the most you need to invest in electrical upgrade or you will be wasting your money,AC current is alot different than DC current so upgrade your juice in your car before you make an upgrade.

 
Have you tried excessive amperage for the alt? Or considered a custom dual alt setup?
Lawl, yeah I asked him. He said he could do it. Then I called Ohio Gen and they said they could do it, but they didn't offer a high amp one because of an abnormal condition with my carputer. So I called Nate to make sure he knew that and could do it anyway. His response - "Oh, uh, nah, I didn't know that. I guess I can't do it then, huh."

My comment to that is that I currently have a Stetsom 2k6 doing 3kw at 1 ohm on my electrical, and voltage drops no lower than 12.3 volts, ever. Even after 10 burps or so with around 30 seconds in between.

The fact that your voltage is going to 12.3 means you don't have enough amperage from your alt. Your battery(ies) are keeping you going. Draw that much power for too long and it's possible you're amp(s) will shut off and your car will be poor to respond at 2k+ RPM until the alt can charge the bats back up. And you could potentially get more (dB) if you could keep your voltage at 14. But unless you're in a comp, no big deal.

 
Meh, I'm not springing for a new ho alt right now. So, for some reason, it looks like I'll be going with the Atomic, and probably run it at 2 ohm for now.
