better 8" sub for $100?

seen skar has some 8" vvx b stock for sale for 100$. am i going to find anything better for the money that will work with around 400 watts in a small sealed enclosure? im speaking strictly on a performance of the subs and not anything about the owner.

Not sure about sealed but I just heard 3 AB 8s on 2000wrms today and I was pretty impressed. $100 for the skars though is a great price.
