Best way to secure an enclosure without bolting it down.

I used velcro and it's working wonders, it doesn't move anymore. Should have used grip tape if that works well though because it's easy to replace and I'm not sticking anything to my carpet.

 
would the velcro keep the box from lifting if you hit a bump or a pot hole? I use L brackets because of this reason. I screw into the floor and then the box as well but doing testing takes a while because of this.
