Best way to hook up gamecube (cheapest)??

I just purchased a Pioneer AVH-P6800DVD, and I am wanting to hook my gamecube up to it. I already have the audio/video hooked up but now I am working on powering it on?? What would be the best way to do this??

I figured I needed to somehow hook it up to the battery but don't know the most efficient way? Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks

For the Gamecube you can get a 12-volt adapter...

I bought mine off eBay and have had no problems in over a year...

I should add that I used a power inverter originally, but it draws a ton of power, and it caused noise in the display/sound system...

Okay so I went to Wal-Mart and bought a $40.00 inverter, 200Wrms and 400W peak. I cut the end that had the cig adapter on it and hooked the positive/negative wires into my amp (pos/neg)....the inverter works and the gamecube powers on and work fine except there are lines that pulse across my screen. Any idea as to what could be causing this?? interference somehow??

Any help would be great cause it is getting on my nerves!!
