Tired of cheapo dmm’s but don’t quite want to drop the money on a fluke or even a Klein rn. Have like 3 free harbor frieght ones that all read differently and craftsman one just shit the bed.

Yeah I’ve been looking on the used market for a good one but everytime one pops up for a decent price they sell instantly

Craftsman is hard to beat for $10-15. Mine is about 6yrs old and still going strong.

The harbor freight $12 special is pretty accurate for Vdc/Adc and ACv near a frequency of 60hz which is all you really need unless you want to be able to measure dc current and have higher accuracy on the other measurements. I'd recommend the fluke 336/337 for around $150 refurbed because they're no longer made or the fluke 325 if you want new.
