Best Subs to buy in my price range?

I'm pretty certain that I want the SA12s, but now I need to start finding somewhere that can build me a box for them. I've seen a lot of videos of SA12s with Aero ported boxes and theyre loud as hell, but I've read that Aero ports are more likely to have port noise? Is this true? I need to find someone who can build me a box to match the sa12s

You can't built your own? Aero ports should NOT have port noise if you have enough port area. You also don't need them. A slot port, although bigger, will yield the same result and cost less.

Also, I don't think you'll see much improvement over the CVRs in output with the same power unless you do something different with the box.
