best sub?

right now..im lookin for 2 good subs for the back of my mustang. 12' perferable but im thinkin 10' might do if im tryin to do ported. i was going with 2 jl w3v3 with a 500/1 amp. or maby a class D alpine but its a bit pricy? what are other good subs out there than can produce same 300 rms but are cheaper than jl?

i just hooked up my 1 12w3v3 in my accord 2 days ago.. it hits real clean on every note... its hooked up to a hifonics amp rated at 325watts rms.. but hifonic's numbers are overrated so im probably only putting about 260watts or so

i got mine one 12" for $155 shipped with a one year warrenty.. which is the best deal ive seen for these subs

2 assassins could be a decent option, much cheaper

Fi audio X12s are 119$ SHIPPED each and I know they bang will handle alot of power as well if needed.

since when is alpine more expensive than jl (esp when it comes to amps)?

do you want them loud, to have good sound quality, or both($$$)?

are you stuck on 500 rms or would you be willing to have more/less?

decide sub size now, and whether you want them ported or sealed.

im not fixed on 600 rms..i wouldnt mind doing more. but i dont feel like payin 400$ for 2 subs..and then another 400 for an amp that will only produce 600W rms. 300$ it or even 200$ would be more reasonable. yet im going to get a custum ported box in my coupe. How does Diamond subs sounds?

I hear almani hits hard too? and im still searchin around...FI audio? tc-3000? u have urls for these subs? sorry i am new to these brands.

my D6 sounds pretty good, but its very touchy on boxes, stick with the recomendations with any diamond product and you'll love it

thanx...im lookin into the tc-1000. and the Fi-x. i know these are probably the lower power subs these two co. make but they are equal to jl w3? The Tc sounds nice..especiall becuase thats my name. nice show case...im having trouble finding these subs on ebay tho.

I doubt you will find them on ebay, but I can tell you first hand the FI X subs pound pretty good...
