That seems large for a car, but im no box builder.

or go with aeros and you can shrink it. say about 4 - 4.5 cubes still but with aeros it wont be as big a box because you wont have a slot port

2 Obsidian 12s would be right around my budget; its between 2 obsidian 12s, 1 obsidian 15, or the aq hdc3 15; only to decide!

lol....eh. how about 1 Obsidian 15 D4 in 3.98234 cubes @ 31.224355hz, run what u got at 2 ohms..conserve the gain, if you need to...then a couple months from now,you will want another one, yank out the back seat and .....u see how this goes??...lol

Obsidian is a new company, not new in experience though..The owner of Sundown and the owner of Stereo Integrity came together to make Obsidian Audio. I would imagine the price is low to get the name out there and persuade the doubters to try them out.

They're 12" subwoofer is worth way more than $162 to me. I'm about to pick up a 15" before they increase the prices like SSA did after the first gen Icon came out.

We don't foresee raising the price at all even though we are possibly modifying the motor on our 600 watt line a little bit for improved cooling. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif The 12's, 15's, and 18's will keep their respective $138, $158, and $189 price tags.
