Best SQL/SPL subs for the money, cheap build

I am looking at putting 4 subs in the back of my explorer, what are your thoughts on which sub I should get to get the max out of it as far as SQL and SPL are concerned. I basically want the best SQL sub I can buy for 150 bucks each or less. I have a layout I am going to do that requires 4 subs and my budget is pretty tight so I dont have money to drop on 3 or 4 hundred dollar subs. I know I wont be able to get w7s, re xxx's, or anything of that caliber but what would be my best option for a low cost sql sub.

4 DD 1510's in that price each....maybe....I know price would be close...I could get them over a 150 in an EX...I've done it before with my old explorer
