Why not use a grounding block.. run (1) Ground wire (What Ever Size You Use)
Clean all the paint from the area use Bolt with grounding start washer
They Run the Amp Grounds To The Spliter?..
Like a Fused Power Spliter Im guessing you used one for the amps..
Get A Non fused one & Use it for ground..
