Best speakers for under $100?

I am looking to get new 6x9 speakers for my 95 mustang. There are no speakers in the car now and I would like something decent to listen to. I have a JVC head unit (came with car) and a Sony 1000 watt amp (I got for 10 bucks new) I was looking into Infinity speakers such as Infinity Kappa 682.9cf 6" x 8" 2-Way 300W Car Speakers Any suggestions are appreciated.

You don't want 6x9's...you need 6x8's...Find a set of Pioneer REV 6x8's if you want one of the best made. You got a good deal on the SONY amp it will do between 100-150 per ch RMS

i friend o mine gots these with out an amp and they soud good. with an amp they should sounda lot better Precision Power PPI PC.572 Car Speakers, 5x7

FYI the mustang uses 6x8 ( most fords do ).

Sorry your right, they are 6 by 8. I am still leaning towards Infinity speakers, maybe the Kappa series.

Stay away from the Kappas unless you want harsh speakers...check these out instead

They do have better Watts and RMS. What do you mean by harsh? I am trying to get an idea of what I want. I want to get speakers *** soon as possible.
