i dont know too much about car audio so i am asking this here....what are the best speakers i can get that can be powered by a 9815??

If you are only going to use the built in powr of the amp, just get a basic set of coaxials. If you are really looking for good sound, and that HU is a good foundation for a good sounding system, set a budget for a set of front speakers, find a pair that you like the sound of within your budget. Set a budget for an amp and find one that will give the speakers around 100w per channel within your budget.

well thats 299 from crutchfield....i can get them for a little under $150....but what i want to know is if my alpine 9815 will power them? and should i get a set for the back or no

They will sound like poo off HU power. Get coaxials if you arnt going to amp them. You will be wasting your money

what amp would u recommend if i was going to get those speakers?

the speakers are 2-60 watts RMS

the internal amp in my hu is 60x4...this wouldnt be enough to power them?

maybe max 60 watts....HU puts out around 15-20 rms. Too many just search for ones with 60 RMS x 2 @ 4ohm and i can tell u if its a good amp or bad amp
