get some aluminum foil and rubber gloves with tape.

just lay the rubber down, throw the foil on top, and tape it together

it takes a while, but that **** works the best dude.

and it's cheap as **** too, i did my whole civic with it, man it sounds good now.

seriously, fatmat isn't bad.. it's on par with dynamat exteme imo, but a sludge will give you the best deadening properties with the least amount of material.

spray foam will get the job done too, some say it's ghetto and asorbs water, but wtf is water doing in the car anyways?

i vote fatmat or second skin deamp

I vote SecondSkin Damplifier Pro. There is a head to head comparison somewhere amongst the top 10?? most popular sound deadener. It ended up with SS, Dyn Xtreme, and I think it was RAAmat coming out on top.SS also has alot of B-stock selling very cheap right now. http://www.secondskinaudio.com

I found my roll of Raammat extremely easy to apply, especially with a heat gun. Once you put it on, its **** hard to take off but is still easily moldable.

I would also like to know how well fatmat does... its really cheap...

To add a bit. I've only used Dynamat, Dynamat extreme, and Fatmat. Fatmat was **** close to Dynamat Extreme. But the extreme was the best quality wise. But the price difference makes fatmat a better buy IMO.

i got fatmat here. friggin 100 sq ft for $100, cheap stuff. easy to put on, but i dont know how well it works yet cause i have yet to do my hatch
