All of the places have online ordering/inventory. You shouldn't have to email them to see if they have the parts. Are you sure you aren't looking for IRFP9240, not 1RFP9240?

"On Order" at Mouser, Out of stock at Future Electronics & Newark, Digikey has them but they're 5 bucks each...
