Best MP3 unit under $300

id get a Alpine 7995, hell yeah. 300 bucks off ebay or some yahoo store i saw someone post a link to. If ud like to spend like 50 bucks more u can get the 9815 which is basically one of the best HU's. So many features u dont even need actually. Id go with the 7995

If im not mistaken the 7995 doesnt have an internal amplifier so youd have to buy a component amp to go with it. I think crutchfield has a sale on them right now for $300 and they are an authorized dealer of alpine so the warranty isnt void like it would be if you bought it from some store on ebay. If you had it installed by a local authorized alpine dealer i think you get a 3 year warranty. But i could be wrong. I normally wouldnt buy from crutchfield cuz they rip you the hell off but if you cant get it cheaper anywhere else then crutchfield is the way to go.

i'd go with the alpine 9813 or the 9815 if you want to spring a little bit more money! i'll get back to u with a link for a great place where they're real cheap when i'm on my own computer. The 9813 is less than $300 on there and the 9815 is like $340 or so. AND, also crutchfield is basically only good for their magazines....have good customer service...but they are overpriced b/c they sell retail. peace

You can get the Alpine cda-9807 in etronics for only $220 dollars. I have one in my car and i have no complaints at all. If you want really good quality though, you're gonna have to buy some good amps and kick *** speakers. The Pioneer DEH-P5500mp can be purchased for $180 which is a pretty good deal, but if you want good quality, go for the alpine.
