i have had great service from sundown and from DJ at audioque. but the most over the top c.s. experience i ever had was with jbl. i had a rca input go bad on a gto14001 amplifier. i sent it in for warranty repair, with a note in the box saying that i needed the amplifier back in 2 weeks because i was going to a car stereo show. i get a package a day before the stereo show with a gto24001 in it. it invoice just said 'customer-sat -ASAP gto14001-gto24001'
