Which companies in your mind offer the best consumer service? I personally have to throw Kicker out there. I have two of their 4 gauge amp kits that I lost parts for and they sent me new ones. Free. People speak on American Bass, but i emailed them for box help and never heard back. That's been about 3 weeks ago.

I've called American Bass for box specs and spoke with the owner, plus he had to check on something and said he'd call back, and he did in fact call back. I was very impressed.

I've had same experience with Bob at American bass,but I would say Coleman at Audiotechnix has best customer service on the market. I can email him anytime of the day and get a response back within an hour usually, even on his days off!

There is a few out there that are excellent. Jacob from sundown , nick from IA , bob from AB. I'm sure there is more , those are just the ones I've personally dealt with.

sundown cs is amazing so is knukonceptz i was missing a fuse holder in a wiring kit and i had 1 at my door in 2 days no ? asked.

SSA and Coleman have been great with us for a long time now. Obsidain, Cadence and Batcap as well.
