When I was interviewing there I asked the manager how the discount worked... thats usually a good way to find out. He said you get all items in the store at cost. So if they pay 50.00 for a "Dual" deck and sell it for 150.00 you get it for 50.00... But I never got the job and got to use the discount, I was just told this from the manager, you get "Most" items in the store at cost instead of paying the mark up
