I don't remember.....IIRC it was an individual or something; but it wasn't like RF or PA bought them. It's been on a few different forums, like ECA for sure and CS I believe (maybe it was TP, I don't remember...LOL)

Doesnt matter who bought the US Amps out. Their still available heh

All are very nice amps that are built very nicely.

I heard of zapco ive seen their website, nice amps when u open them up. But Us amps are on the top 5 for me but for now id recommend rockford but im still debating on US amps,rockford or zapco.. but i see theres more wow i gotta start researching : )

Yes, they are. But, the new owners might (big MIGHT) change the designs/production quality control/parts used/etc etc. We'll have to wait and see if they stay the same US Amps that we know and love.

lol nice picture of bob there. their amps are solid (put up there with memphis, dei and amps like that) but i wouldnt go AHHHHHH! seeing one. dls and tru were accidently left off my list...been showing my age lately.....
