Best amps out there!

Another thread for my continuing education! In your opinion... what is the bestest amp available now. It can be a discontinued model (but still has to be widely available), a refurbished model or one not too well known.

I'm not looking for how many watts I can get per dollar.. I'm looking for quality amplifiers. Low THD (total harmonic distortion) at maximum power is always a plus. A good sound to noise ratio (S/N Ratio) is important as well.

Don't list amps you know are crap. Hifonics... been there done that. Audiobahn... don't get me started.. Pioneer... C'mon people, we're talking QUALITY amps here.

lol that's funny about audiobahn, it's all about opinions. I personally have never had a audiobahn amp go into thermal protection or any other type of protection or get blown, so i would choose a Audiobahn over just about any other amp... JUst about not every amp. I have also installed dozens of systems using HCT and DT amps with no problems and i haven't got a call or email or anything negative about the amps or subs that we would agree to use. But overall i like the A2300HCT or the A1500HCT or the 18001DT. But that's just my opinion.

My Lanzar optidrives are as high quality as I'll ever need, WAY under-rated, all specs below audibility, but that's beside the point.

Yes, opti's are WAY under-rated. Very nice. Wouldn't reccomend any other lanzar amps, but opti.

What model by the way?
