What are they....tweeters are more important to me than midbass... and i run my hi pass at 100, or 125 depending on what kind of music.

Have you listened to any at local shops yet? That should be step #1.

the local shops amp all their speakers....i dont want to buy a 4 channel amp...

Don't matter. You'll still be able to tell which ones you like and which ones you don't. Just realize they won't sound as good once you put them in your car.

Another vote for the CDT coaxials. I have them in one of my cars and am happy with them. The older Crystal coaxials were good as well, but I don't think you can find those now.

I was on the zeb and couldnt find any CDT full range speakers in the 6.5" size.

My girl needed > $100 coax's and went with infinity shallow mount. Not the #1 choice, but if you don't have much room, they work well. Sound pretty decent for the price too. I've also heard good things about ID's coax's, but haven't gotten to listen to them.
