A friend of mine recommended the kicker 41 dxa 1500.1. I can get it for about 260 refurbished. Is this a good one or are some that gave Been recommended better?

Low end kicker. Kicker is made in China nowadays. For the most part the Amos recommended except the cab are made in Korea. Better build quality.

It's one of the only amps that can make rated 1.5-4ohm and 12-14v. They are worth it.
