Best 15" sub?

im looking for some suggestions on a D4 15" sub for under $250... the sub will be going in a 3 cube box tuned at 35hz, and be powered by an alpine m1000.... hints the D4 so i can get 1000 watts from the amp... any suggestions?? im looking mainly for SQL
