Rockford or Kicker?

Okay i have a question i have 2 dual 4 ohm kicker cvr's hooked up to a 1200 watt amp. I have a ford single cab truck and 2 seperate sealed boxes. And i was wondering if i sold them and bought the rockford fosgate p3 shallow mount subs if they would hit harder or just as good?

No way. Newer RF subs are a waste of time and money. Never heard one that impressed me. You'd be better off with CVTs.

Wait until the new Stereo Integrity BM comes out. I doubt you'll find another shallow mount to beat it, especially at $150 shipped

my cvr's sound **** good but people are telling me these p3's freakin hit hard but i havent heard of the shallow mount ones.. My cvr's barely fit in my boxes without bottoming out they are made just for the cvr's so idk if that would make these rockford fosgates sound like shit in these boxes or not although the magnets on the p3 shallow mounts seem way smaller..

Oh yeah...i prefer kicker over RF. Although RF has some nice stuff but yes, bit over priced.

i have to admit i heard two p3 shallow mount in a box made by crutchfield i think for like 08 f250s or w/e year it was just a sealed square box with soft carpet on it and they hit pretty hard for the size of the box

but i mean it was hooked up to a mmats 3000 watt amp and the subs smelled really bad lol and he was pushing the hell out of them actually blew one and had to replace it but they were decent but not for the money they cost

Only thing I would ever buy from RF is their amps (Power series) and the 360

well,hate to go against the pros on here but after my 2 p3 12s got ome playtime on them,they were my loudes st up to date.in the 35 to 40 hz range.on a p1000bd at 1 ohm 1215 wtts slotported in a blowthru.the piccs are her somewher on a thread.dont pay 200 per sub but if you can get 2 for that price,it wouldnt be the end of the world.mine were very,very loud for 2 12s.and i got them for 200 for both.i got rid of the because they were so loud and i dont have the self control to keep it dwn.no lies,just hop this helps thr rf lovers out there.
