Best 15" SPL Sub for around $250?

I got up to 4 cubic feet of box to work with. i was thinking maybe a 15" SX? looking to spend around $250 for the sub. what would you suggest? i have 2 10" RE SE's right now in a 2.5ft^3 box and its pretty loud but i want a little louder..

You can get an HDC3 for around that price. It seems pretty hard to beat; I would love to get my hands on one.

i think all of the mentioned subs would do the job, the hdc3, the bl and the type r, to add to the list and im going to get flamed for this but the kicker 15" L7 will get very very loud, just doens't sound fantastic doing it.

x2 yup hdc is hard to beat IMO but the other subs mentioned will also get loud too.
