Best 1000W Amp.

Alright, I might be getting the Blueprint 1503 Subs soon and was wondering what you guys thought the best 1000W amp was that would match the RMS of that sub. I can already tell that most people would say the JBL 1200.1, BUT money is not an issue here for all of you guys and I was wondering which was the best one that has the most featues, because the JBL doesnt have many features. If it all comes down to it, I will get the JBL 1200.1 because I have the 600.1 and it works beatifully, but I would like to experiment with some features that the JBL amps dont offer...

Ive been running 2 Zapco 1000 with the symbilinks and so far they are great. Very noise.

don't buy the zapco amps, way too much moolah for a 1000 watt amp(were talking near a grand), if i were you, id buy a dei 1100d, its rated at 1400 watts at 14.4 and it has a subsonic filter unlike the jbl, plus its a real good amp from what ive seen it do.

Well no one said it was cheap..i bought it because i wanted 1. all the amps in the car to match 2. something that has low noise and with the symbilink the noise level dropped even lower. and they werent even that expensive i got them for like 750 each.

Well if you've got the money I would get a JL 1000/1, I love their amps.

dei 1100 d ..memphis 1000d are great for the $ jl's cost more but are great as well

the jl amps are nice, but they are nowhere near as efficient as the dei, memphis, or jbl. And if someone want to prove me wrong, g2 http://www.carsound.com and look at the review on the amp!!!!

no but it is a true 250 500 or 1000 watts between 1-4 ohms and 10-14 volts nicely regulated. (250, 500, 1000 of course is model dependant)

I would recommend the Ample Audio A1100DX, it is a class X mono block which gives you 1100w rms @ 1 ohm and really kicks. As for price it is not that expensise.

Efficiency pertains to the amount of draw the amp puts on your alternator, not the output of the amp, correct?
