Before I Build This Kicker L5 Box Sumone Help Me

This is for a 12'' Kicker L5(Square)

Honestly this is my first build and I dont wanna **** up, im great at building things just wanted to get your opinion on the dimensions and etc so it sounds great since i know nothing about that stuff. I was told 33 Hz is average, now i dont know how to change that or anything like that either so please bare with me

Height: 15.5 Inches

Width: 24 Inches

Depth: 14 Inches

If I'm correct thats about 2.28 Cu Ft(without the vent or port)

Do you think thats good for a 12'' Kicker L5 600 Watt RMS

and do you thing i should vent it or port it?

From what I've heard that should sound good. Use a slot port if possible (vent)

well i was hoping i could get sum more opinions on this also, can you show me a picture of a slot port?

or do u just mean ported tube's like the circular ones or rectangle ones?

this is a slot port.

i think i can build the slot port real easy, is it better then throwing ported tubes in there?
